Rosie Boat, a 1960s timber cruiser. Previously known as Maltby, she was built by Cayzer Boat Builders in Victoria and used as a survey vessel in the waters of Port Phillip Bay. Taking on the treacherous conditions of the Southern Ocean, she’s sturdy and built to last. In her new life as a Gold Coast charter boat, she’s ready to welcome you for all occasions.

Rosie Boat day charters depart from the jetty at Muriel Henchman Drive, Main Beach. Holding up to 30 passengers, we offer a BYO catering and alcohol service with the following package.

Or set sail as the sun goes down over the Gold Coast Broadwater and celebrate on a backdrop of twinkling skyline lights.

Rosie Boat is suitable for all occasions, including birthdays, weddings, hens parties and work parties. Small gatherings, families with children and romantic trips for two are welcome also.

Please feel free to bring along platters, cakes, snacks and any food that doesn’t require heating. There’s a fridge on board, and we provide eco-friendly serviettes, cutlery and plates. If you’d like us to arrange a grazing table for you, please let us know on booking.

Rosie has a sound system with a microphone, mixer and an iPad with Spotify to choose your favourite playlists. And can accommodate DJs or musicians for your event. Rosie also offers party games for entertainment onboard!
